We use cookies from Google Analytics, Google Optimizer and Hotjar. We use these cookies to collect data to understand how you use our website. We use the data to improve our websites and store cookies for a year.

Google Analytics cookies

We use the Google Analytics cookie provided by Google, which enables website visitor tracking and reporting. It is possible for Google to provide this information to the authorities if the company has a legal obligation to do so. Kiwa has no control over this and we have not authorized Google to transfer data to other third parties.

Google collects information anonymously, anonymizing the information as far as possible. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. The data is transmitted and stored on Google servers in the United States. Google adheres to the Safe Harbor Principles and is a member of the American Board of Commerce’s Safe Harbor program. This means adequate protection of data retention.

Hotjar

Hotjar is a conversion optimization tool that helps us gain insight into the behavior of our website visitors. Apsis One and HubSpot tracking scripts

Apsis One and HubSpot are the marketing systems used by Kiwa. Apsis and HubSpot tracking scripts collect information about the movements of visitors to the website, as well as personal information of those who have filled in the contact form, such as e-mail address information, site usage information, or other information sent through the HubSpot service. The data is stored on HubSpot servers in the United States. Tracking helps us plan more targeted marketing communications both in our newsletter application and on our website. Leadfeeder tracking script

The Leadfeeder tool enables the collection of behavioral information about visitors to your website, such as pageviews, duration of visit, and IP address information. The information is collected at the company level and can be used in our B2B sales efforts. The data collected by Leadfeeder is located in the Amazon cloud at AWS, with server centers located in Ireland and the United States. Regular disclosures

Inspecta Oy does not disclose customer data to companies other than those it owns or to the parent company. However, Inspecta may use an external service provider to produce and interpret website analytics.

Data transfer outside the EU or the EEA

As a general rule, the information collected in the register will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area. Some personal data is processed outside Finland or the EU by either us or our partners. In this case, too, we ensure that the data is processed carefully and with respect for the protection of personal data.

Registry security principles

Personal data is stored in systems managed by the controller.

Access to the personal register is limited to those persons employed by the controller and other specified persons who need information in the performance of their duties. They have usernames and passwords. The data is technically protected by a firewall.

Right of inspection

The data subject has the right to check his or her data stored in the personal register. The inspection request is made in writing to the e-mail address fi.asiakaspalvelu@kiwa.com.

Right to demand correction of information

The data subject has the right to demand the correction of incorrect information in the register. The correction request is made in writing to the e-mail address fi.asiakaspalvelu@kiwa.com.

Other rights related to the processing of personal data
